4 NOVEMBER 2022 -BOSTON   Last night was a serious matter and did end up in a active resuscitation after a cardiac arrest in a cabin on deck 8 but thank goodness all went well could get the patient going again and then it was a race against time to get her off the ship before we could leave.Think hubby can do a resuscitation in his sleep after all the practise through the years.I saw the pilot boat come in next to our ship and little did I know they had come in to pick up the patient and get her to hospital as soon as possible. So by the time hubby got to our cabin the adrenalin was still pumping and we chatted until late in the night before he could switch off and go to sleep. Did not do much today went for a walk and then ended up back at FLOUR for another sarmie and a americano coffee. 21 OCTOBER 2022- BOSTON   It is really cold early in the mornings so I got off after breakfast with all my warm clothes and so glad I did for I had to wait for hubby to get off the ship and took quite a long time and sitting outside not so funny when it is so cold.Once he arrived we walked to the downtown to do our weekly shopping was a beautiful day once it warmed up a bit. It is the wind that makes it so unpleasant with the cold. Had this old man this morning that was so rude to an elderly man sitting next to me he was sitting on the bench then got up to leave so in the meantime this old chap asked the mans wife if he could sit and she said yes so that is what he did but wow when this old bugger returned he was so rude to this poor old man that I eventually got up and said you sit I will sit on payment!! 14 OCTOBER 2022- BOSTON   We were in Boston before sunrise but it was pouring with rain so decided to take things slowly for I was not planning of walking in the rain those days are definitely over. With everyone getting off the ship and waiting for busses and pick ups the terminal was packed with passengers trying to stay out of the rain.I found a seat and there I stayed until the rain stopped. Once there was a break in the weather I dashed for the coffee shop just around the corner but because they are building in the area no short cut could be taken and I had to walk around the building.Thank goodness the coffee shop was not full and I got myself what I thought was a mocha java coffee and a almond croissant but boy! it was some or other green looking health drink I don’t know what and did not taste great but typical me just took it and drank it. Next time I think I will just go for plain coffee or espresso think my accent confuses them and that is why I end up with these strange...
